The hotel exceeded our expectations on every level. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we felt like we were in a luxurious oasis. the room was elegantly decorated and had exclusive amenities like a private balcony and a deep soaking tub. the staff was incredibly attentive, making sure all our needs were met.
The only minor issue we encountered was the limited menu options at the restaurant. the quality of the food was excellent and made up for the lack of variety.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was good with many options to choose from. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stop and subway, making transportation to other areas very easy. There are also many restaurants in the area with a variety of food tastes to choose from.
Nothing, all great.

Nice room with good amenities including a mini bar and high speed internet, plus a convenient location for the airport. The seafood buffet on the 10th floor was quite good and had a variety of dishes to choose from.
English was not well spoken by the staff and the room lighting system was poorly designed. The air conditioning did not function well and the breakfast options were limited for Western guests.

This hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and a variety of restaurants. Unlike other places in China, the shopping area is nearby. Guests can enjoy a functional, mid-sized room that is beautifully decorated with a Victorian style that sets it apart from other locations. the room contains all necessary amenities, including a stable and fast internet connection and a designated space for the room safe. the on-site lounge serves snacks and drinks all day long, and the buffet restaurant on the tenth floor offers an excellent dining experience.
The shower is not portable and, as a result, could be less comfortable for some guests.

This hotel was a great experience during my Christmas break. the rooms were very clean and modern, equipped with a mini bar and high-speed internet. Its central location made it easy to access the airport and explore the nearby attractions. One of the best aspects was the buffet at the hotel's restaurant which had a range of seafood dishes that were worth every penny.
Although the hotel offered good amenities, the breakfast options were limited for western guests. Communicating in English with staff was difficult at times, and the decor was a bit overdone.
